Overview
Space pages offer tree-like menu navigation within the space. The available page types vary based on requirements and installed Addon Applications. Standard page types include:
- space view: Opens a customizable data presentation table.
- asset page: Opens a file repository folder for easy file sharing within the space.
- talk page: Opens a discussion channel within the space.
Create a space page
To create a space page, navigate to the desired space, click the "gear" icon at the top of the space navigation bar, and then select "Create Page".

The main page elements are:
- name: The label displayed for the page in the space navigation.
- parent: Designates a parent page if the current page should be nested within the menu structure.
- type: The type of page to be created (e.g., space view, asset page, talk page).
- page type configuration: Specific configuration options that appear based on the selected page type.
Page Type configuration: Space view
When creating a space view page, you have two main options:
- Reuse existing dataset or space view: Select a pre-existing dataset or space view to display on the page.
- Create new dataset and/or space view with the page: Define a new dataset and/or space view directly during page creation.
Choosing the second option allows you to specify whether the system should automatically generate all space view columns or if you prefer to start with a blank column list and add them manually.

Page Type configuration: Asset page
You will be able to configure:
- asset folder: Specifies the folder, created through the Asset application administration page, to be displayed.
- folder presentation: Determines how the assets within the selected folder are presented (e.g., assets list, single asset, single asset with attachments).
- join key value: Defines a join key value that an asset within the selected folder must match to be displayed on this page.

Page Type configuration: Talk page
You will be able to configure:
- talk channel: Specifies the talk channel to be displayed on the page. Note that talk channels must be created in advance via the Talk administration page.
